Sparkasse Rosenheim

The uniqueness of this building is that it is a skyscraper with a partial larch wood facade at the bottom. The new forward-spaced glass façade on this part of the building serves to protect the wooden elements on the one hand and as a show facade for the newly integrated lighting on the other.
This was implemented by High Power LED lights at the top and bottom of the glass facade. As a light color, a warm white tone about 3000K and not the cold typical LED white was chosen to highlight the wood elements.

The mixture of concrete, wood and glass is thus brought into a very special harmony even at night by the light setting.

The aluminum slats of the roof construction, which at the same time serve as sun protection for the upper floors, are illuminated by High Power luminaires integrated into the façade below.

All luminaires can be controlled via DMX, which allows stepless adjustment of the light intensity respective to the daytime. For example, at night due to the dark environment, the luminosity can be reduced to 20-30%.

The lighting concept for the design of the building comes from the Tyrolean planning office Bartenbach, based on which Multivision developed and manufactured appropriate luminaires.
